TabControl and PageControl with themed looks and tab close buttons

rTabControlEx and rPageControlEx is descendant of standard TabControl and PageControl component providing standard themed or user defined look, close buttons and other improvements.

New properties and functions:

• themed or user defined looks (selected and hot font + colors)
• multiline tab caption
• style hook for drawing of styled tab close button
• close buttons for all or only defined tabs and definable popup menu for each tab
• user defined events for setting tab properties and custom draw of background, content or close button
• additional button and HTML label in right border with user defined looks and functions
