RichEdit component with popup menu and extended formatting

rRichEdit is descendant of standard RichEdit providing new properties and functions:

• internal Popup menu with all formatting and searching function, copy/paste and load/save function
• support for calculation of text height and drawing of RTF to any Canvas
• can be used as internal editor for StringGrid or DBGrid
