HTML Hint window with images and HTML and RichText support

Non visual rHTMLHint component provides easy interface for setting of Hint widow with left and right border, images, HTML and RichText support.

New properties and functions:

• hint window size (min and max)
• hint window font
• left / right colored bar with user defined icon
• html hint with image special tag
• show image content in hint window for rDBGrid component
